Sonesta shares Valentine's Day Cocktails

My friends over at Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta sent over these yummy Valentine's Day recipes. Enjoy!

1. The Pink Corset : 1 oz Malibu rum, 1 oz strawberry pucker, 2 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz sprite; mix all together over ice. Serve with valentine's day sugar candies

2. Sweetie Martini: 2 oz vanilla vodka, 2 oz white chocolate liqueuer, 1 oz amaretto, ½ oz grenadine, 2 oz half and half; shake all ingredients over ice, strain into martini glass that is rimmed with chocolate and valentine's day sprinkles

3. Sloe Gin Fizz: 1 oz sloe gin, 2 oz sweet and sour, 1 oz club soda. Combine sloe gin and sweet and sour, shake. Top with club soda.

4. Adult Hot Chocolate: packet of instant hot chocolate, 1 ½ oz Baileys Salted Caramel, make hot chocolate and add Baileys, top with whipped cream, chocolate and caramel sauce

5. Buttered Monkey: ½ oz Rum Chata, ½ vanilla vodka, ½ oz banana liqueur, ½ oz butterscotch liqueur; shake all over ice, strain into a shot glass

6. Chocolate Covered Cherry: 1 ½ oz baileys, 1 oz Kaluha, ½ oz crème de cacao dark, grenadine; shake all ingredient other than grenadine over ice strain into martini glass filled with grenadine and cherry

7. Georgia Peach Long Island: ½ oz vodka, ½ oz gin, ½ oz rum, ½ oz tequila, ½ oz triple sec, 2 oz sweet and sour, 1 oz cranberry juice, ½ oz peach schnapps; combine all ingredients over ice, shake and top with lemon

8. Red Queen: 1 ½ oz gin, ½ oz st. germain elderflower liqueur, 2 oz cranberry juice; shake all ingredients over ice, strain into champagne glass or martini glass
