R&B SUPERJAM FEATURING TYRESE, MONICA, JOE, TOTAL AND DONELL JONES COMING TO PHILIPS ARENA ON SA
Soulful singing superstars Tyrese, Monica, Joe, Total and Donell Jones are bringing the R&B SuperJam to Atlanta on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Philips Arena.
TYRESE, is from Los Angeles, Ca., where he was raised. He is an R&B singer, songwriter, actor, author, television producer and model. He is well known for his actor role as Roman Pearce in the The Fast and Furious movie franchise. Other popular movies Tyrese has acted in are Death Race, Transformers, Baby Boy and Legion.
MONICA, is an American singer, songwriter, producer, and actress. Born and raised in College Park, Ga. Known for her remarkable vocals, Monica has been considered to be one of the best R&B singers in the world today. Throughout her professional singing career, Monica has sold 30 million records across the world, with over five million in just the U.S. alone. A fifteen year veteran in the industry, she has also become the first music artist to top the Billboard Hot R&B and Hip Hop Charts from the 1990s to the present 2010s.
JOE, A veteran R&B crooner whose career spans over two decades and 12 albums, is a great example of an artist whom uses his musical prowess for the better good. Since his debut in 1993 with hits like “I Wanna Know,” “All the Things Your Man Won’t Do,” and the Top 5 R&B/Top 40 pop hit “Don’t Wanna Be a Player,” the multi-Grammy nominated crooner has been curing broken hearts, saving relationships and providing the airways with certified baby-making songs.
Total, The trio comprised singers Kima, Pam, and Keisha; signed to Sean "Puffy" Combs' Bad Boy Entertainment label, they first attracted attention backing the Notorious B.I.G. on his hits "One More Chance" and "Juicy" soon after scoring their own hit with the single "Can't You See" from the soundtrack to the film New Jersey Drive. The group reunited in 2015 and toured the U.S. as R. Kelly's opening act.
Donell Jones, is an R&B singer-songwriter hailing from Chicago, Ill. Since his mainstream breakthrough in 1999, he’s been one of the most dependable acts in modern soul, with seven consistently well-received studio albums to his name.
