FCancer Hosts Atlanta Fundraiser Featuring 3LAU on February 16th

Nonprofit Aims to Raise Funds to Aid in the Effort to Prevent, Detect and Unite in the Fight Against Cancer

FCancer, a 501(c)3 nonprofit focusing on prevention, early detection and supporting those affected by cancer, is proud to team up with Opera Nightclub, Liquified and 3LAU for a special charity event in an effort to help prevent, detect and unite in the fight against

cancer. On Friday, February 16th, songwriter, recording artist, DJ and producer Justin Blau, aka 3LAU, will celebrate the release of his newest album, Ultraviolet, at Opera Nightclub, with all proceeds from the event benefiting FCancer Programs.

FCancer throws events all over the world which consist of large-scale parties that give young adults who have in any way been affected by the disease a completely unique bonding experience. The organization has created a movement that provides a raw and authentic space where people can come to collectively fight back against this disease.

3LAU is a dedicated advocate for FCancer, and has built his career on the goal of helping others, not fame. In 2016, Blau launched Blume Records, an independent label with a ground-breaking model that harnesses the power of streaming to raise money for charitable causes. The Atlanta event will kick-off 3LAU’s Ultraviolet album release happening that day, where all money raised through the streaming of his album will be donated to FCancer.

Entrance to the event will be in the form of a t-shirt that reads “FCancer” in different colors, representative of various cancer ribbons, and must be worn to the venue to receive entry.
