Atlanta Moe’s Southwest Grill Raises $85,000 for Bert’s Big Adventure

On Monday, July 9, 2018, Mark Monroe of Moe’s Southwest Grill joined the entire Bert Show cast in-studio to announce on-air that $85,000 was raised for local nonprofit organization Bert’s Big Adventure as a result of their month-long fundraising efforts.

Every Wednesday in June, more than 70 Atlanta-area Moe’s Southwest Grill® locations donated 10 percent of their net sales in support of Bert’s Big Adventure. Throughout the six-year partnership with Bert’s Big Adventure, Moe’s has donated more than $515,000.This donation will not only aid in funding the organization, which provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families, but also provides support for their year-round initiatives such as Reunion Adventures and Fairy Godparent volunteer program.
