Atlas Announces Eleanor Parker as New Manager
Atlanta, Georgia (July 26, 2018) – Atlas is pleased to announce that wine expert Eleanor Parker has joined their team as Manager. A Georgia native, Parker also helms the award-winning restaurant’s acclaimed beverage program. Studying, working and living in Italy for most of her 20s, Parker spent time on organic farms learning the art of Italian cooking, the production of local products and studied viticulture and enology at the University of Udine.
After receiving a M.A. at the University of Rome in Italian Gastronomy, Parker returned back to Atlanta and has earned an impressive dossier among the world of wine, restaurants and beverage directing. This August, Parker will introduce a new winemaker dinner series at Atlas featuring carefully selected varietals paired with seasonal dishes created by Executive Chef Christopher Grossman.
