Atlanta-based contemporary artist Sally King Benedict, known for her highly acclaimed abstract paintings, has announced limited edition 9x11’ ‘Queen of Hearts’ prints for Valentine’s Day.

In the ‘Queen of Hearts’ print, Benedict’s illustrious female visage is depicted on a queen playing card embellished with bold and lively colors. There are only 100 available signed prints, which can be purchased here for $150.00 plus shipping.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Live Free Yoga, an Atlanta-based yoga organization committed to creating opportunities of change and reducing recidivism, the tendency of a convicted criminal to reoffend. Founded by local yoga teacher Georgia Deane, Live Free Yoga empowers incarcerated individuals with leadership skills and self-rehabilitation through guided yoga teacher training.

Now in her 12th year as a professional artist, Benedict has made a reputation for herself painting mixed media works that range from her well-known female visages to pure abstract, all of which display her strong visual voice.
