DBA Tacos and BBQ Set to Open This Week

DBA Tacos and BBQ, the highly anticipated fast-casual venture from renowned restaurateur and barbecue expert Matt Coggin, will open in the heart of Clarkston, Georgia on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Featuring DBA’s award-winning hickory-smoked barbecue and an exciting selection of mouthwatering street tacos, Coggin’s new concept is open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner.  

Located on East Ponce de Leon Avenue, the 2,600-square-foot space boasts large windows, vibrant colors, and a clean, modern decor. With light wood tables, a striking hot sauce wall, and a convenient counter-service layout, DBA Tacos and BBQ offers a welcoming atmosphere for dine-in guests. Additionally, to cater to the growing demand for quick, high-quality meals, the restaurant will introduce an elevated drive-thru experience by November 2024, utilizing a walk-up window for added convenience.

Taco and barbecue enthusiasts alike can look forward to the same commitment to quality and service that has defined the DBA brand for over 14 years. Alongside snacks, salads, and sides—including DBA’s beloved Brunswick stew—the menu features six distinct street tacos: chopped brisket, beef barbacoa, chicken tinga, pork al pastor, pork pibil, and a vegetarian option. Barbecue lovers can enjoy hearty plates of hickory-smoked meats, wings, ribs, and sandwiches. Halal beef options are also available upon request. For dessert, guests won’t want to miss DBA’s signature banana pudding, freshly baked cookies, and brownies. Beer, wine, and a curated cocktail menu will be available soon to complement the dining experience.
