Dim Sum Meets Southern BBQ at Sweet Auburn Barbecue

Calling all dim sum enthusiasts! Sweet Auburn Barbecue and Soupbelly are joining forces on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, to deliver a fresh take on the traditional dim sum experience. Starting at 5 p.m. until sold out, guests are invited to enjoy a unique fusion of Cantonese tradition and Southern barbecue at the family-owned Poncey-Highland haunt.

With rolling carts brimming with steaming buns, savory small plates, and Chinese delicacies, the menu for the pop-up dim sum dinner includes Har Gow and Siu Mai dumplings, sticky and brisket fried rice, jian dui, turnip cake, won tons, steamed meatballs, and more.
