Eggs Over Easy: Black Women & Fertility featuring Keshia Knight Pulliam and Andra Day Airing on Delta Airlines Flights
Eggs Over Easy Film, a documentary starring Keshia Knight Pulliam, Golden Globe Award winner Andra Day, and actress Kellee’ Stewart, that originally aired on OWN- The Oprah Winfrey Network, is currently showing on all Delta Airlines flights in support of Women’s History Month. The film highlights the stories of women who have experienced the spectrum of reproductive health topics, ranging from miscarriages and IVF, to egg freezing, surrogacy and adoption. The film also acknowledges women who are childfree by choice and/or circumstance.
“We are grateful to Delta Airlines for extending their platform to us to share this educational tool with people who otherwise may not have access to the information,” said filmmaker Chiquita Lockley. “Many of the topics we touch on are sensitive in nature, leaving women feeling unseen and unheard for decades. There is a blanket of shame that has covered the topic of reproductive health in this country and around the world. Our goal with the film is to make these conversations easier.”
The film is airing on Delta Airlines through April. It is executive produced by Lockley, veteran music executive Phylicia Fant, Pulliam, and entertainment executive D’Angela Proctor.
