Rhiannon John, sexual wellness expert from Bedbible.com commented: “Many people consider the topic of sexual wellness taboo, however it cannot be looked after and improved without any conversation around it. Sexual health covers a range of topics including contraception, STIs, intimacy and relationships. A person’s sexual health is a large part of life and it can affect not only themselves but others too.

People should feel confident and encouraged to research into how to look after their own sexual wellbeing in order to avoid or lessen the risk of potentially harmful diseases or negative effects on their sexual experiences. It is crucial to use verified information when educating yourself as any treatment or prevention should be well-researched.”
