TOASTIQUE EXPANDS TO GEORGIA WITH FIRST ATLANTA LOCATION OPENING IN SEPTEMBER

Toastique, the vibrant, gourmet toast and juice café that originated in Washington D.C., announces its expansion into Georgia. The first location in Midtown will open in early fall.

Located at 1230 West Peachtree St. NW in the Hanover Midtown luxury apartment complex, Toastique will offer gourmet toast creations, smoothie bowls, nutrient-rich cold-pressed juices, espresso, coffee, and grab-and-go options. Franchisee Nicole Wiley, an Atlanta native, is helming the new Atlanta restaurant.

Ms. Wiley, a retired officer from the U.S. Air Force after 25 years of service and an aircraft engineer program assistant for the Federal Aviation Administration, was hungry both for healthy dining alternatives on her daily commute and for a new challenge that would help her connect with her community. She was immediately drawn to Toastique’s menu and the company’s staff: “I fell in love with an açaí bowl on vacation and wondered why I couldn’t find a good bowl closer to home. After much thought, I started searching for franchises that offered what I was looking for. Once I was introduced to Toastique I knew I’d found the right fit. When I saw the Hanover Midtown building, I felt it was the perfect place for a healthy dining destination.”

Toastique takes pride in making healthy dining accessible and exciting. Highlights of the menu include:

  • Smoked Salmon Toast smoked pastrami salmon, herbed cream cheese spread, arugula, cucumber, capers, toasty seasoning, micro greens, and lemon twist on sourdough toast

  • PB Crunch Toast honey-roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, berry jam, granola, peanuts, honey drizzle, and mint on walnut raisin toast

  • Tomato Burrata Toast herbed ricotta, pesto, tomatoes, burrata, basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze on rustico toast

Guests can also enjoy cold-pressed juices, freshly blended smoothies, and iced collagen lattes like:

  • Radiance grapefruit, orange, blood orange, pineapple, and basil

  • SuperFruit açaí, strawberry, banana, blueberry, and apple juice

  • Beet Latte Vital Proteins collagen, cold-pressed recharge juice, and almond milk

Additionally, the Atlanta restaurant will offer a curated selection of juice-based cocktails.

“I’m most looking forward to seeing the smiles on guests’ faces when they take that first sip of juice or bite of toast,” says Ms. Wiley. “All of our ingredients are fresh, natural, and responsibly sourced—even down to the straws made from agave.”

The 1,790-square-foot restaurant offers counter service and seats 40 guests with a mixture of high-top and regular tables plus banquette seating. High ceilings, glass tile, and a green and blue color scheme create a calming, upscale atmosphere, while millwork, gold accents, and live greenery bring warmth to the space. Ms. Wiley has partnered with local artists Taylor B. Douglas and G.W. Harper to adorn the restaurant’s walls.

“Although Toastique will be a healthy, convenient option for people who work and live in Midtown, the restaurant will have a wider reach and appeal to those visiting the High Museum or relaxing in Piedmont Park,” says Ms. Wiley. “Being a part of the Midtown community and giving back to this neighborhood is very important to me.”
